Refund policy

All classes & workshops

To reschedule or cancel a booking due to change of mind or change of plans, we require 2 weeks advanced notice. This allows us enough time to re-sell your spot in the class.

If you provide between 14-3 days notice, we will attempt to re-sell your spot, but can only provide the refund if we are able to re-sell your spot. We are not able to provide refunds where less than 3 days notice is given nor in the event of a 'no-show'. 

In the case of an emergency, please get in touch with us to discuss rescheduling your booking to a new date. 

Course bookings

If you need to miss 1 of the sessions in your course, whether that is something pre-arranged or unexpected, we can offer you Studio Access hours to make-up your time. This would be a session in the studio that's less structured than a class and more like practise time, but this option is always there for our course students.
