In our 4-week wheel courses you'll get to grips with the entire process of creating pottery on the wheel. Starting with the fundamentals of centering the clay, pulling up walls and experimenting with different shapes and forms, to trimming, adding handles and glazing your pieces in the final week. 

Complete beginners are welcome, as are intermediate level throwers who'd like to hone their skills. 

All use of clay, tools, equipment and firing is included in your booking price. It's difficult to say exactly how many pieces can be made within the course, but most students have 5-10 pieces to come back and pick up, 2 weeks after the course ends. 

Our courses runs throughout the year, aligning roughly with school half-terms
